Motorola Droid: First Android phone in the U.S. manufacturer

Motorola has now officially announced the launch of its first Android phones in the coming week. The device is offered in the U.S. over the mobile operator Verizon Wireless. When and if the touchscreen phone will come with a retractable QWERTY keyboard to Germany, where the manufacturer has not yet been revealed.
3.7-inch display

The Motorola Droid has a size of 60 x 115.80 x 13.7 millimeters and weighing 169 grams, the large 3.7-inch capacitive touch display offers WVGA resolution of 854 by 480 pixels. The unit is under Android 2.0 (Eclair) run and support to Flash in the browser. The camera takes up with a size of a five-megapixel and has auto focus, image stabilization and dual LED flash.
